Girls Soccer
Ms. Savage and Ms. Dow would like to say congratulations to the girls
soccer team. The girls PSAA tournament was held at Pine Glen Soccer Centre
in Oakville on Thursday, September 29th. The girls played very well with
great team spirit. All the games were very close and the girls did a great
job representing the school. To celebrate the season the team had a pizza
party. Thanks to Mrs. Jordan for providing the pizza and refreshments for
the team.

Boys Soccer
The boys had one of their greatest seasons ever at Sommerville in their
PSAA tournament. They finished in a tie for third overall. The boys
finished with 3 wins, 2 ties, and 2 losses. Mr. Deaken thought the
contributions from all 12 of our players were amazing. The team tied for
the consolation championships and made Sommerville very proud.
